Terms of use
Last updated October 24, 2026
Using Alrighty
By downloading or using Alrighty, the desktop app, or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Your accounts
Alrighty connects to mail accounts you own or are allowed to use. You’re responsible for those accounts and for what you send from them. Your mail providers’ own terms still apply to your mail, including Google’s, Microsoft’s and Apple’s.
AI assistants
Connecting an AI assistant is your choice. What it reads from your mail goes to whoever runs its model, under their terms. Check what you’re comfortable sharing before you turn it on, and keep your token private. See the privacy policy for how it works.
Fair use
Don’t use Alrighty to break the law, to send spam, or to get into accounts that aren’t yours, and don’t try to disrupt the services it connects to.
No warranty
Alrighty is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but email is important, so keep your own backups: your provider keeps the original copy of your mail, and Alrighty is a window onto it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Alrighty or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use Alrighty means you accept the new terms.
